 New Mexico Gas Company is based in New Mexico. We are headquartered in Albuquerque and locally managed.
We currently provide natural gas service to more than 500,000 customers here in New Mexico and maintain about 12,000 miles of natural gas pipelines across the state. A map of our service territories is available here.
We have 22 walk-in offices in communities across the state to serve you, as well as a state-of-the-art Call Center in Albuquerque.
Our Customer Service Representatives are available from 7:30 a.m to 6:00 p.m., weekdays, and can help with most issues with your account and gas service over the phone.  The best times to call are Tuesdays through Thursdays, 9:30 am to 12:00 noon.
For natural gas emergencies, emergency response service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
