We invite you to follow the links on the left to learn more about your New Mexico Gas Company bill. You will also find more billing and payment choices than ever before and can choose the best way to receive and pay your bills to fit your lifestyle.
NEW! We offer an exciting variety of customer services at our new online SERVICE STATION. You may now view your current and past natural gas bills, check your payment history, and see your gas usage history for up to one year online — securely and privately, anytime and from anywhere internet service is available! Click on the link to the left, View Bills Online, to learn how.
You can also choose to say “Good-bye” to paper bills in the mail altogether and sign up for Paperless Billing to enjoy the ease and convenience of receiving your bills online. Paperless Billing is also environmentally friendly, saving paper and trees, wastewater and transportation fuel. New Mexico Gas Company customers are provided a bill each month, although the billing cycle usually overlaps two months (for example, November 15 through December 15). Customers have 20 days after the bill is issued to pay. After 30 days, unpaid amounts may be assessed a late payment fee. On the left, you’ll also find information on the various charges that appear on your monthly bill, learn what your payments pay for, and read and print out current and past issues of our monthly customer newsletter, Natural Gas Pipeline.

Note to all of our valued customers: Free one-time electronic bill payments are not yet available from New Mexico Gas Company, but we look forward to offering this service to you in the near future. Please watch for news here and in an upcoming bill insert, Natural Gas Pipeline.
Until then, payments can be made electronically from your banking institution, online and via telephone through Bill Matrix, and in person through Western Union and Wells Fargo drop boxes across the state. Please see the payment option links on the left for more information.
