New Mexico Gas Company customers may now view their current and past natural gas bills, payments and gas usage online.
To view and print out copies of your natural gas bills, simply click on the red “Manage My Account” link at the top of the nmgco.com webpage. It will open the Login screen:
There, you can log in using your user name and password to access your account. If this is your first visit, you may also create a user name and password. Once you log in, you will be taken to the secured e-billing homepage:
It will show your current bill balance and last payment. You may also access your account history: current and past bills, bill payments, gas usage and usage charts.
The account number you are viewing is visible at the top drop down menu. For customers with multiple accounts, such as landlords, you may view any of your other accounts — both active (A) and inactive (I) — simply by clicking on the desired account in the drop down menu.
These features are the first phase of new electronic bill paying capabilities that we look forward to offering our customers. Look for information in your bill insert, Natural Gas Pipeline.
