This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through Bill Matrix Corporation, an authorized payment processor. Bill Matrix charges a $2.95 fee for each transaction. Fees are subject to change. New Mexico Gas Company does not receive any portion of this fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If your natural gas service is scheduled to be disconnected for nonpayment or you are in collection, PLEASE contact New Mexico Gas Company Customer Service with your Bill Matrix payment confirmation number immediately so that disconnect can be stopped and to avoid further collection activity.
