The Third-Party Notification plan allows New Mexico Gas Company to notify a third party if a customer’s account is more than 30 days past due, or if the customer is at risk of having their service disconnected. Third-Party Notification does not obligate the third party to pay the customer’s natural gas bill. The customer is still responsible for payment of the bill.
