To our New Mexico Gas Company customers paying through Bill Matrix:
Bill Matrix payments made by 6:00 pm are processed and credited to your natural gas account for the next business day. If you have not received a disconnect notice or your Bill Matrix payment has been made before the due date on a Disconnect Notice, there is no need to call us to confirm your payment, even though Bill Matrix may instruct you to do so. Our Customer Service Department has been notified of your payment.

The Gift of Heat
If you’ve received a VISA or MasterCard gift card, you can use all or part of it to pay your New Mexico Gas Company bill. Or, you can help someone pay their heating bill by giving them a prepaid VISA or MasterCard gift card, available at retailer kiosks. A natural gas bill payment using one of these gift cards can be made online through Bill Matrix or by calling us at 505-697-3335 (Albuquerque Metro) or toll free at 888-NM-GAS-CO (888-664-2726) and our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to help make the transaction for you.
Bill Matrix charges a $2.95 fee for each transaction. Fees are subject to change. New Mexico Gas Company does not receive any portion of this fee.
If your payment is to restore your gas service, please contact New Mexico Gas Company Customer Service at 505-697-3335 (Albuquerque Metro) or toll free at 888-NM-GAS-CO (888-664-2726) between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, weekdays, to make arrangements to have your service restored. Thank you.
