Consistent with the State of New Mexico's request that businesses institute vaccination or testing requirements, New Mexico Gas Company has adopted a policy where employees have the option of showing proof of vaccination or providing a negative Covid test result weekly.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Federal government also has announced a requirement that businesses with 100 or more employees ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require that any unvaccinated employees produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis. We are awaiting this directive from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and will review it.

New Mexico Gas Company values the safety and health of our employees and customers, and we are committed to promoting a healthy employee workforce and protecting our customers.
