Ignite Wellbeing

Ignite Wellbeing hero image

Whether we are volunteering at our local food bank, raising money for United Way through our annual employee giving campaign, or providing bill assistance through our Heat New Mexico customer support program, New Mexico Gas Company believes that communities flourish when we work together. Our Ignite Wellbeing program combines corporate funding, employee engagement and customer assistance to help our communities thrive.

Funding through the Ignite Wellbeing program is available for organizations that improve the quality of life for people living in the communities where we operate. For more information, contact State and Community Relations Coordinator, Clair Anderson at clair.anderson@nmgco.com.

EMPLOYEE GIVING

Each year, New Mexico Gas Company employees come together to raise essential funding to support the communities where we live and work. Through our partnership with the United Way of Central New Mexico, our employees donate directly to the organizations that matter most to them. New Mexico Gas Company shareholders match employee donations, increasing over a quarter million dollars in our community annually through employee giving.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

We believe that strong community partnerships are more than just writing a donation check. Last year, New Mexico Gas Company employees logged more than 500 hours volunteering in our communities. Our employees came together to provide hands-on support to our nonprofit partners by holding drives, donating blood, repairing homes, delivering food and much more.
