Native American Giving

New Mexico Gas Company acknowledges and respects the inherent sovereignty retained by each of the 18 Pueblos, Tribes, and Nations in our service area. As such, we strive to remain visible in tribal communities, working continually to build and maintain strong relationships through community outreach programs.

Over the years, NMGC has worked with the All Pueblo Council of Governors, New Mexico Indian Affairs Department, American Indian Chamber of Commerce and respective tribal governments to support various priorities, including veterans, seniors and elders, tribal youth, education, and tribal community programs.

One of the most visible programs we administer is the annual Native American Scholarship Program, which provides financial support to Native American students looking to advance their post-secondary education. Learn more about this program here
