One-Time Electronic Payment

Need to pay fast? You can make a one-time gas payment electronically from your checking or savings account with no transaction fee by clicking the button below.

Payments made by 6:00 pm (MST) will be credited to your account for the next business day.  
Here’s how to make a payment from your checking or savings account:

Note: Your payment may take up to 72 hours to be processed by your financial institution. You can view your "pending" electronic payments -- those which you have authorized but have not yet been processed by your bank -- by clicking on the "View My Bill Payments" option on your Manage My Account homepage. You will see "(pending)" next to your authorized payment. If the payment has not yet been processed, you'll also see a red "delete" link. To cancel a payment you have authorized, you can delete it, but only before it has been processed.

Two Ways to Enroll
Automatic Bank Draft

By Mail: Complete and sign an Automatic Authorization Agreement. For a copy of the form, click here to download a pdf copy, or email Customer Service to have an authorization form mailed to you.

If you want your payments deducted from your checking account, attach a voided check to your form. To have payments deducted from your savings account, attach a deposit slip. Mail the Automatic Authorization Agreement and voided check or deposit slip to:

Automatic Recurring Electronic Payments
Online: You can sign up for automatic recurring payments online. Simply log into Manage My Account. Then, follow these easy steps:

When Will It Start?
Setting up the automatic process at your bank or credit union may take up to six weeks, so we recommend you continue to pay your current balances on your gas bill by the due date until the direct automatic withdrawal process begins. You’ll know it has gone into effect when you see the “draft” message on your gas bill.

To Make Changes
You may change or update your bank or account information by clicking here. Please note that if you have a withdrawal (draft) already pending,  it will be processed from the previous bank and account number unless you call us by 6 p.m. the day before the payment date noted on your bill.
